I'm totally out of action today. Last night had the worse cramps and diarrhea ever - I was cringing in pain and thought I'd pass out. And I didn't even eat yesterday - just a half cup of coffee, nothing else except for lots of water. Something wrong somewhere. Today I'm just too tired and weak to do anything. Am resting in bed.
