I cleaned the library ... disinfect with dettol ... even though no one used it for the past 6 days. I checked all the electric sources to make sure there would be no accidents ... and the ceilings to make sure there was no water leaking, before I left. Then packing a luggage about 4 kgs I walked home 1km. Now I'll have enough work for the next week without having to leave my room.
In another amazing move, many rabbis have granted the celebration of Passover through the social app ZOOM. Physical presence at the Passover table is not required if social distancing (2m) is to be observed. However there are some ultra-orthodox rabbis who continue to flout these rules. I saw on the news that Georgian and Russian orthodox christians too have the same mentality ... that God will protect them, not basic hygiene. Of course God can do anything ... but he would also expect us to use our brains and responsibility. To flout the rules is like to tempt God to work miracles. https://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Raabis-approve-the-use-of-ZOOM-to-celebrate-passover-due-to-coronavirus-622221?fbclid=IwAR1EKZScD4X9UI1PIG_7nRLdlBCzBAgecX2DvzgaoyHhc16onL0NRx48wKE
