Mother Nature has been lending a hand by sending several heavy showers and constant drizzle. The temp. has dropped to 7 degrees. That should keep most people indoors. However in Tel Aviv large groups of people continue to party in the beaches so much so that even the President and PM had to publicly call them to return home. "It's not a vacation ... it's a war! Go home!" the PM said. For a people used to wars, this pandemic is laughed at. Most of the Tel Avivians are young and strong so they can withstand the virus ,,, but they don't consider the sick, elderly and children in society whom they could infect. It's social responsibility.
Well it's another day of lock-in ... I did some stock checking of several journals in the library, then prepare for a class, then I'll rest I guess. The sky is terribly dark and the drizzle continues ... and I can't go out for a walk. One strange thing ... this lock-in makes me hungry. Been thinking of char way tow and curries and tom yam ....
