I've had enough of working with those arab "workers" who never show up for work. Well tomorrow is Ramadan so they'll not show up for another month ... Feeling utterly frustrated and totally stressed out, I accepted my physiotherapist's invite to go over to Ramat Gan and relax and get my neck readjusted. It's been so very painful the last 3 nights I couldn't sleep. That plus the headache plus the asthma plus the heatwave. A deadly combo.

So I took a day off yesterday and went to Tel Aviv at 4am in the morning. The heatwave is awful so by 10am I scooted out of the beach after several hours of quiet prayer and reading. It was beautiful. I needed it so much. Later in the afternoon my physiotherapist came and spent quite some time readjusting my neck and shoulders. Now my headache is gone. But he said I was pretty stressed. I know that!!! He said "Don't die! It's not good for your health!" Had a good rest there and came back to Jerusalem this morning at 4am. Yeah, it's the travelling that's killing me.

I finally found the milk formula that I can take without worsening my diarrhea situation while getting nutrients - Almond milk! It's lactose and soy free so it doesn't cause my stomach problems. And the natural health shop that sells this is close by Herod's Gate. Only problem is it costs 20 shekels a pack ... a little on the expensive side. But it does help me, so I'll go get some more.
Meantime the suicide bombing of Israelis in Bulgaria has shocked everyone. The country is now on high alert and security checks are becoming more stringent. Too bad as this comes just on the eve of Ramadan. It's going to cause alot of tensions.
