2.45pm - not time for muslim prayers. So imagine my surprise when I heard the audio system turning on from the Dome of the Rock mosque (the mineret is very close to my window - literally across the street). Then a very high pitched voice shouts "Allahu akhba" several times before the system is suddenly switched off. Whoever that joker is - I think the Wakf (mosque authorities) must have got him.
