So first we saw a rich chinese medical doctor building a mountain up over his penthouse. Now we see a chinese zoo passing of a dog as an african lion. What else can we expect from this "Made in China" hilarity?
Back home, a newspaper reported that the Israeli govt. is paying students to "like" and upload posts supporting Israel in social websites. That's Israel's answer to the above "Made in China".

For the rest of us, its Assumption Day. Many have gone down to the Tomb of Mary in the Kidron Valley for this occasion. I had to stay home to oversee the renovation work. It's 3 weeks to dateline so work is frantic. I have to make sure the workers don't cut corners.
The heat is unbearable today ... 34 degrees. Everyone is just wilted under this weather ... and the dreadful humidity. It certainly is a good idea to be assumed into heaven during this time ... anything to get away from this august heat.
